The company “Phones Rescue Ltd” was a small, local business based in Bournemouth, specialising in repairing mobile phones, laptops, game consoles, iPods, and other electronics. I will present the story of its establishment, development, and downfall caused by the incompetence of Bournemouth Police, Crown Prosecution Service, and Bournemouth Crown Court.

Beginnings of Phones Rescue

I rented a space at 509 Christchurch Road in Bournemouth and started repairing electronics under my brand. The beginnings – as is often the case with startups – were not easy. Still, thanks to extensive experience and high-quality services, I gained recognition and thousands of satisfied customers.

CreativeArt

At the beginning of my business, in addition to electronics repair, I also engaged in designing and making advertising stickers for cars and shop windows under the brand ‘CreativeArt.’ This allowed me to survive the first, most difficult months of the operation. After a few months of work at Phones Rescue, there was already so much to handle that doing additional advertising stickers became impossible, and I focused solely on repairing phones, laptops, and other electronics.

Phones Rescue at the cinema

In August 2018, a film crew contacted us with a request to use our store for filming scenes for the movie ‘Future TX.’ Naturally, I agreed to it.

The film was released in theatres in 2022 and received a rating of 7.0 on IMDb. The main roles were played by actors such as Arran Kemp, Adele Congreve, and Griff Rhys Jones, known from series like ‘Midsomer Murders’ and ‘Ordinary Lies.’ Footage from this film featuring our store can be found in the official trailer on the Phones Rescue website.

Covid-19 pandemic

Like many other businesses in Bournemouth, England, and worldwide, the Covid-19 pandemic affected Phones Rescue. It wasn’t just the pandemic itself, but rather the lockdowns organized by the UK government. I experienced a significant drop in customers visiting my store and a decrease in revenue. Fortunately, thanks to determination, hard work, and offering home delivery services, I managed to survive tough times.

The problems with the premises

In 2020, renovations were carried out in the remaining part of the building where I rented my premises, and neighbours moved in. Since then, problems with the building’s sewage system started, causing significant issues in my shop with sewage odours. Despite numerous visits from plumbers and calls to the landlord, the problems could not be resolved. Therefore, I had to change the location of the store. After persuasion from my then-partner, I temporarily moved my shop to my home, where I chose to build a summer house.

Summer House

In early 2022, I began the construction of a summer house in the garden of the house where I lived. After a year and a half of hard work and investing around £15,000 of my own hands within a year and a half, I built the summer house. Working from home, I could have the opportunity to get back on my feet after the Covid-19 pandemic and the loss of a significant number of customers. Additionally, I got employed in Christchurch at a company specializing in designing and building components for aeroplanes, rockets, and armaments as a quality controller. Working two jobs and building the summer house in every spare moment was incredibly exhausting, but I had no other choice if I wanted to save Phones Rescue from bankruptcy.

The beginnings of the problems

At the beginning, I want to introduce you to my former partner, one of the reasons that led to the bankruptcy of Phones Rescue. As of today, I cannot disclose her details due to an ongoing legal dispute between us. The beginning of our relationship seemed quite normal until I noticed her regularly recurring cycles of alcohol consumption, which occurred approximately every 30-40 days and lasted for several days or even weeks. After some time, she began to realize her problem with alcohol abuse and started seeking help. She found a local AA group and attended their meetings twice. However, after the second meeting, she felt discouraged from further attendance because they often discussed the topic of God or Higher Power, which deterred her from attending subsequent meetings.

November 2021

The worst situation during our relationship occurred at the end of November 2021. During our conversation on medical topics, my former partner, who was studying medicine at the time, made a mistake regarding blood oxygen saturation. When I showed her a Wikipedia article to confirm my words that she was mistaken, my former partner forcefully punched me in the nose. After the punch, feeling dizzy, I pushed her away from me out of fear for my life. Despite the terrible pain, I was too shocked and embarrassed to go to the emergency room, so I set my nose myself. The pain was indescribable.

After this incident, it seemed like the end of our relationship to me. However, my former partner begged me to try to forgive her and promised that it would never happen again. Such a drastic situation did not repeat itself, although my former partner still occasionally pushed or shoved me in fits of anger.

My former partner has significant difficulties in controlling her aggression, as well as mental health issues, which she confirmed in her statement, on page 3:

I have been diagnosed with anxiety disorders and depression. I take propranolol as medication.

Statement Page 3, point 3

This, coupled with pathological jealousy, led to the beginning of the end of Phones Rescue in June 2023.

June 2023

Between June 16th and June 24th, my former partner’s friend stayed at our house. She can confirm that on June 15th, my former partner began another cycle of alcohol consumption. Between June 15th and June 22nd, she drank almost every day, consuming 0.5-0.7 litres of strong alcohol – whiskey or vodka. Towards the end of this period of alcohol consumption, her anxiety states and aggression began to escalate.

24 June 2023 – morning

On Saturday morning, June 24, 2023, my former partner made coffee for her friend, and around 8 a.m., her friend ordered a taxi and went to work. My former partner, after abstaining from alcohol on Thursday, June 22, following a week-long binge, was full of aggression, so I tried to keep my distance from her. I spent the morning in the summer house, and then, around 9 a.m., I rode a bike. It is worth noting here that my former partner stated three times that we had broken up on June 23, Friday, as evidenced by police reports.

They split up yesterday (Friday 23/06/2023) as he was cheating with inft’s best friend – 24/06/2023 19:09

Caller is asked when they split up? Caller becomes upset and says yesterday (23-06-2023 Friday)

Female party stated that she believed that the male party had slept with her friend who was staying with them at the address.

Police Disclosure Page 27

Here arises a doubt: My former partner tells the police that we broke up on June 23 because allegedly I slept with her friend, and then my former partner allows her friend to spend the night from June 23 to June 24 at her house, after which the next day she makes her coffee. Doesn’t anyone from the Bournemouth Police find this in any way strange?

Confirmation of these facts could include, for example, the taxi payment or records from the taxi company. I also want to point out that I did not learn about our breakup from my former partner but from Officer in Charge Rose Pratt only on June 25, 2023.

Dorset Police and Officer in Charge Rose Pratt illegally evicted a tenant from his home and drove Phones Rescue out of business.
